My boyfriend and I have have to decided to co-habitate, but our cats are not.Syble(my cat)is 3 years old, Sylvester(his cat) is just over a year.Syble is keeping sylvester away from most of the house. Sylvester is pretty much living in our bedroom.I don't know if Syble'sactions are aggressive or playfull, but Syble cant seem to stay away from sylvester. Syble approaches Sylvester until she is about 3 feet away then just sits. Eventually she nudges forward until they are almost nose to nose. Sylvester just looks until Syble gets closer than Sylvester wants and Sylvester starts the deep warning purrrrr and eventually they have a girl fight that lasts maybe 15 seconds before someone runs away. My boyfriend is afraid she will start to go to the bathroom upstairs because every time she moves Syble is right there saying hello. Now Sylvester won't come of the stairs to go downstairs and he feels she isn't getting to the bathroom. I know that there is too much in the litter box for one cat but he hasn't seen her go and he's concerned.  Anybody got a suggestion.......
