Amsterdam! but really any place that isn't the U.S. have pretty lenient laws on marijuana try moving to canada.

i live in amsterdam and i can tell you that marijuna is extremely easy to get. If you go right into the city you will find numerous shops which sell about every form of it in bags. If you're not a pot head dont go into the "coffee shops" here, cause usually they're just cafes where its allowed to smoke up. It's not allowed just anywhere though, you can get arrested for smoking it on the streets.

Amsterdam is not a country. It's the capital of the Netherlands (a.k.a. Holland).

Countries having legalized Cannabis: -Holland -Jamaica -Morocco -Nepal -Vietnam -Costa Rica -Columbia Countries offering a "lenient" law on Cannabis: -Canada -Belgium -Germany -Poland -Laos -Mexico its pretty much illegal everywhere else... I know in France for example, you spend a night at the station when caught with any amount of Cannabis..

of course there is Armsterdam... and lots of unofficial places around (Quebec canada)... but is there anywhere eltse in Europe (France, Italy, Spain??) since I'm planning to go on a school trip and I'm not into bringing some over seas...??

Berlin hasn't legalised Marijuana but if you would pass a cop on the street with a joint in your mouth you wouldn't be stopped. In bars, instead of baskets of peanuts there's baskets of mushrooms, but you wouldn't want to get caught doing heavy drugs.
