Hi,
Am using I3 dialer with Aculab teleco cards. The dialer is in US and am dialing customer in UK. Problem here is am getting No Answer % is very high. If i check the recording of this calls some of them are live connects, some are answering machine ets... For this my vendore is telling this is because dialer cannot able to detect ring tone generated from UK service provider. Is this true? what is the solution.
