yes, if u want to create a form and textfields etc.. using standard io like conio.h and ...,u can use ascii chars to generate form and text fields. in list of 128 chars all chars are not displayed directly, u can print it using printf by pressing combination of(Alt+number) which will display an ascii charecter.

Otherwise u r using graphics.h u can use 3dbar,rectangle functions to create buttons,textfields,forms easily.

Yes you can do textboxes and command buttons
in c with the help of c graphics
