I have a mexican 5000 peso note that has been discontinued- does it have any value?

so do I!  At todays exchange rate...$556CDN but not sure if bank will take it?!

I have several of these and 1000 10,000 peso notes so i would say hold on to it.

Your 5000 peso bill is worth only .50 cents.  Mexico re-valued their currency in 1994.  All bills prior to then are no longer in circulation.  the 5000 old peso bill is now comparable to the 50 new peso note.
