I have a 1988 Dodge Aries that won't start. I believe it's the pick-up coil, but I'm not sure. Just in case, at does the Pick-Up Coil connect to? And what's the purpose of the Condenser?

I have this same make/model with the same problem.....and heard that it was the pickup coil....maybe it is....not sure.....but I found out that spraying a little starter fluid in the carborator area (under the air filter) made it start every time.

Hello, your supposed to check for spark first. The lazy way to do this is to buy a can of quick start fluid.  Use as directed if no start then no spark.  If it has spark then you have a fuel problem. Warning K-cars have all been forfieted by the US post office, they are the worst car because replacing any Korean parts is going to cost you for short lived parts.
