Jailbird is an extravagant masterpiece set in the 1900s. Little Johnny meets his wife and they get divorced. Later, Robert celebrates his brithday. Hi mom!

There is no plot so there is no plot summary. It is, by and large, a sad slice of life. The Foreward is the best part.

the story talks about the kilgore trout who gives an important events about his life in prison which is so difficult . Moreover, he relates these events with dates to show us that these dates also play the role of characters.
