This pertains to my application for migration submitted sometime in 2001. Two years had passed since then and till date, I have not received a file reference at all, inspite of the fact that the processing fee I had sent through bank draft had been debited from my account.

I went through the copy of application papers I had submitted and noticed that I have provided my e-mail address instead of the mailing address on the field provided. Could this be the reason why I have not received any confirmation/correspondence from the Canadian High Commission? If so, I have sent subsequent letters of enquiry detailing contact nos. and address.

Your response concerning this request for clarification regarding my case will be truly appreciated.
