how to use system calls of unix & where to write programs which looklike c programs in unix?

You can use system calls within ur C program. U can use normally used system calls like fopen,fread,fwrite etc, C programs can be written in a simple "vi" editor (in case u are not accessing your machine directly i.e u are telneting to the machine) or else u could use the advanced editor and then save the file. From the terminal, u can compile and then run the program. You can compile the prgm using "gcc"

WE WRITE THE PROOGRAMMING IN VI EDITOR,,   WE CAN CEAL WITH THE SYSTEM KERNAL EASILY.. AND WE CAN CREATE THE FILE SYSTEM
