I hate that I have to say this........ I wore very tight undergarments on my breasts and waited. A few weeks of very painful and engorged breasts. It's a devastating process.

After my daughter Lara died of SIDS on March 22, 2004, I put cabbage leaves in my bra at the recommendation of a nurse and it seemed to help a bit. You should switch them every few hours. I also heard there is a medication available, but my doctor did not prescribe anything.
