Our Pitt bull had a large first litter(13 pups!) She seems very overwhelmed and we are having trouble with her nursing the pups even though we rotate. Is there anything else we can do?

If she is used to being with you all the time she will seem overwhelmed due to the fact that she is torn between being with you and being with the litter, my female had 10 her first litter and we had the same problem, help her out by bottle feeding the ones that seem to not be getting enough and also reassure her that she is doing a good job  it sounds stupid but it helps

Yes, goats milk will help her alot, also maybe move her and the pups some where close to you. Our lab wasn't around her pups as much because she missed us and her buddy also a pit. So we moved them into the living room, she stays with them most of the time. Make sure she gets lots of nurishment for the pups. Feed her puppy food and also oatmeal to prevent any pups from dying from lack of nurishment.
