I have dealing with chronic fatigue since I was in 7th grade. I am now a Junior in high school and I am starting to get help by changing my diet. It's only been a week and I am already really depressed and my anxiety attacks have gotten worse. I just want to know how people who already gotten help deal with it?

I balanced my moods with a lot of exercise and healthy living habits such as sleep and eating times.  Some good resources that help me are
