I HAVE THIS PERSONS EMAIL ADDRESS BUT HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHICH STATE AND CITY IT IS FROM?

Go to internic.net/whois.html and type in the name servers such as "callme.net" assuming the email comes from someone like "jos@callme.net" and click submit.  they will indicate who owns the domain name and where they are located, not the actual writer of the email.  There's a good chance the person writing to you would be from that city as well.  Next time you write to to him/her, say "How's the weather in ... City?"
He or she will probably wonder how you got their location. If they are prowlers, they'll probably think you're a cop and won't write to you anymore... not your loss!

Just download a program called spade install it and type email and tells you his info on him that he entered signing up for te email
wont give you password though so dont even try.
