I have the song listed as one of these:
Clarinet Concerto in A K.622 I Allegro
Clarinet Concerto in A K.622-II Adagio

I have longed to know the right answer for this as well.  However, according to my sources, the correct title to this Mozart piece is Clarinet Concerto In A-Allegro (K 622).  Hope this helps all of the M*A*S*H buffs out there.
