Did you ever have puppies?  I saw a yorkie/jack mix in a pet store once and fell in love, when I returned, the dog was gone and the store owners said it was a mistake and they would never have one again. I am very interested to know how this turned out..............

I have a 1 year old who is a yorkie/jack russell mix.  He is my world!  He is quite rambunctious and has been known to terrorize my two cats - but he is such a little doll and when he is sleeping under the covers at night - he makes me forget all the things he got in to during the day!

The people I got my dog from told me she was a jack\yorkie mix. I love her to death. She is so adorable. She is the size of a yorkie, but she looks like a skinny jack russell.

I have a yorkie/jack russell mix (he is three years old now) and they breed them on purpose for the pet store that I got him at.  There is a huge demand for them, because they are small in stature and have the yorkie colouring.  Mine is only 7 lbs, and an energetic, intelligent addition to our family

I happen to have a Jack Russel that we have mixed with a toy Yorkie.  I call the hi-bred mix a JERKIE.  Very cute sweet puppies.  The Yorkie tones down the hyperness of the Jack Russel and helps in keeping the puppy on the smaller size of the Jack Breed.  I have puppies right now 11-11-05. They are 5 weeks old. If you would like to see the pics just email me at FresnoPetCare@aol.com

I had a yorkie/jack mix.  He was the only survivor in the litter.  At full size he was 5.5 pounds.  He was beautiful.  He resembled a chihuahua but was much better.  His temperament was great, his head was not dis-portioned and he was not as yappie.  We loved him, unfortunately he was hit by a car yesterday and died last night at the vet's.  If anyone has another one, please let me know!!!! at lmorbidelli@elmore.rr.com    Thanks

I have a 3 year old Yorkie-Jack Russell mix,and she is delightful.  I think the mix is perfect.  She is friendly and cuddly like a Yorkie and energetic and clever like a Jack Russell.  She plays fetch like a lab, learns tricks very quickly and loves children.  I would search out this breed again if I were to get another dog.
