When an infant is unhealthy how is the cause of death determined to be Sids? For instance my daughter was a preemie with fluid on her lungs, brain, and spine. She had a healing fracture in her scull and her spleen was enlarged just to name a few.  How did the doctors determine that her death was caused by sids and not one of the many other problems?
