We have a 1999 Dodge Durango. For the past 2 winters there is a chirping noise at 1,000 rpm. Does not happen when car is idling only when driving, and does not happen in the summer. Dealer checked it out both years and cannot find anything and says they hear nothing. Anyone know what it could be? Thanks.
