In 1998 I came to the US as a J-1 student (I was a subject to a two-year home stay), After I was done with my program I left home and reentered the US in four months later as an F-1 student. In Spring 2000 I graduated and in August of the same year I was again granted another F-1 visa as a graduate student of another US university from which I graduated recently and currently I am on my Optional Practical Training, which expires September 2004. I am also engaged to a U.S. Citizen, we plan to get married Spring 2004. Will I still have to go home for the two years that were left from my J1 or has that requirement expired?
