There are a number of specific massages that may relieve headaches, depending on the area affected by the pain.

+ Headaches have different origins and depending on the case can present different characteristics. This is why some headaches are concentrated in the forehead while others are concentrated in the neck, eyes, top of the head or all over the head. There are specific massages for each type of headache, which is why it's good to know what is the cause of the headache. Always accompany complementary therapies with a visit to your doctor.

Pain all over the head tends to be rooted in a series of problems, from a stiff neck and forehead caused by anxiety and tension.

1. Place the hands above the head. Next, with your palms together, apply gentle taps in a circular motion over the head.
