The UPA is the Ultimate Players Association, a non-profit
organization that promotes the sport of Ultimate, a disc/frisbee
sport.

The following is a copy of a UPA press release, except that only the
top 25 schools were listed.

Women's Rankings of the 1999 season.  Only teams that have played 
four games this season have been ranked.
