  Solaris 2.5, a 32-bit operating system, can't understand 64-bit data
from IRIX 6.2 NFS3 servers. This will be fixed in Solaris 2.6.
Meanwhile, export the IRIX 6.2 filesystems with the 32bitclients
option. See also 'relnotes nfs 5'.
