Oh? Steve went from working on the FAQ a few hours a month (or
less) to 8 hours every day. How can that *not* improve the FAQ?

Advertising C++ tools is appropriate since it helps C++ developers
do their job. These can (and should) be written as pointers to more
information rather than advertising plugs.

What would be inappropriate? Advertising Crest toothpaste in the
C++ FAQ; a book contract that calls for removing a FAQ from
circulation.
