I believe it is worthwhile pointing out that new FAQ authors rarely
obtain Usenet approval before submitting to their chosen newsgroups.
The way it almost always works is that the FAQ is posted first,
debugged, and only then submitted to RTFM for approval. Hence, if a
moderated newsgroup is included in the chosen list, the moderator is
automatically alerted to what is going on.
The situation we are discussing occurs only rarely.
