FAQbook permission requests going out soon

I'll be sending out requests for permission to use your FAQs in the
FAQbook project over the next few days. Each unique address in the
List of Periodic Informational Postings should only be getting one
copy, with all its associated FAQs listed, but if you happen to get a
duplicate, please accept my apologies. (If your address is listed in
two forms, you'll get two messages. Sorry for the inconvenience; feel
free to combine them in your reply.)
When you get yours, we would appreciate a prompt reply, though you're
welcome to write me (or this list) with any questions or concerns you
may have. I'll send another note to this list when all the requests
have been sent, so you can let me know if you don't get one.
