I manually post a ==> Pointer To The FAQ ==> message to the
rec.models.rockets newsgroup. In this pointer, I list where the r.m.r. FAQ
can be located, at least, all the "approved" places. I also include the date
when each of the sections of the r.m.r. FAQ was last updated along with
instructions to check the "Last Modified" header entry for the correct date.
This way, those that are paying attention can be informed.

There are a few outdated versions of the r.m.r. FAQ floating around out there,
but so what? The old info 99% valid and informative. The dozen complaints
due to an old version of the FAQ are a drop in the bucket compared to all of
the people who ask the "same-old-same-old" without checking the FAQ.
I chalk it up to "...it's not really my problem..."
