resolving Approved: conflicts between moderators

How do people usually resolve the issue of moderated groups outside
*.answers requiring a specific Approved: header other than
news-answers-request@mit.edu on cross-posted FAQs?

Do the *.answers people care whether some other moderator's Approved:
header is put on something posted into *.answers?

I note that the guidelines are (probably intentionally) vague on the
subject, and it's been so long enough since my last FAQ posting was
approved by the *.answers crew that I don't still have the supplementary
guidelines.

(I would appreciate another copy if someone has it laying around)

I also note that stuff manages to get archived at rtfm (and presumably not
cancelled) with an Approved: header other than
news-answers-request@mit.edu.

Is that OK? I'm working out pre-approval for a FAQ for a *.announce group
with a moderator outside *.answers and need to know the real deal so
everyone can be happy.
