Oi! Good idea! That way, the maintainers will still not see the money,
the proceeds will go to "charity," and it will be up to each
maintainer whether they want to prescribe to the guide.

We could all use the guide as sort of a standardized seal of
approval--"this FAQ is copyrighted under the guidelines of the "Guide
to Usenet Newsgroups." Further, exceptions could be stipulated within
each FAQ so that maintainers have a choice of how much more or less
they want to put on their notice.

I think it'll sort of give us a voice, too. Yay! :)
