I've gotten a few messages requesting me to check if certain FAQs were in
the "Best of the Net" book I posted to the list about. Unfortunately, I'm
not really able to do this since I didn't buy a copy of the book. I'll
get an accurate spelling of the author, the publisher, and the ISBN number
this weekend and post them, but barring FAQ authors based outside the US,
I'd have to say that people should check this for themselves in bookstores.

As a side note, this is the same person who did the "Email Addresses of
the Rich and Famous" book, which also didn't ask permission of the people
whose addresses it included. For the entries in that that I looked up while
in the bookstore, most had a factual error or two in the description of
the person, and the definition of "Rich and Famous" was stretched considerably
to include mailing lists and people who are well known on the net but not
in "everyday life".
