"Finding a newsreader" that permits this sort of thing in
Unix isn't generally an issue. There, it's most common for
newsreaders to use inews to pipe an article to a server, so
you might as well just use inews all by itself, thus
ignoring the news *reader* and allowing you to construct
whatever zany headers you want. It's the sort of tool that
I think is indispensable for anything like moderation or FAQ
posting, and couldn't imagine trying to use any PC-based
crap to do it.
