faq server rejects my posting

The faq-server has rejected my posting, and I can't figure out why. It
says that my posting header is not parseable, likely because of some
inappropriate whitespace. But I'm staring at my posting header and I
just can't see the problem. Other similar postings I've sent have been
accpeted (although for different text; this is a new posting I'm adding).

Can anyone see the problem below? Please let me know at my private
address as I don't subscribe to this group. Thanks for any help.
