This is supposed to be in the Auxilary header, so it wouldn't be a
problem.

I was viewing the secondary header here, however we spell it, as a
draft proposed primary header.

There is enough use for the URL: / Location: / Content-location:
[these are synonyms] header in a variety of RFC-822-derived contexts
so that I think a general, primary header is needed. Trying to make
our secondary header something that would work as a primary header can
possibly save us some headaches, later.

Tidbits from standards-land:

There is a caucus tomorrow noon to talk about sending HTML
via MIME, and one of the issues on their list is that there needs
to be one standard syntax for citing URIs in headers.

There is a header, current nomination "Content-location:"
also on that list. It has the right meaning for "Where to get
a fresh copy of this FAQ" as presently being discussed.
