The most frequent mail I get that can be dealt with by using standard
answers is dealt with in this autoreply.
----- rec.arts.erotica:
If you are looking for the rec.arts.erotica FAQ, you can automatically
get a copy by mailing erotica@unix.amherst.edu with the subject
FAQ
If you want to know the posting guidelines, that's where they are. If
you want to know where to find <fill in the blank>, that's answered
there as well. Basically, any questions you have are probably answered
there, so PLEASE check there first.
--- alt.support dissociation group/FAQ:
If you are looking for the alt.support.dissociation FAQ and have WWW
access, the URL is http://www.tezcat.com/~tina/asd.html
Another option is to ftp rtfm.mit.edu and find it in the directory
/pub/usenet/news.answers/dissoc-faq (part1 through part4)
It is posted twice per month.
Most of the questions people have about a.s.d. are usually found in that
FAQ and/or in one of the resources on the web page.
If you are looking for information about what to do about a particular
situation you are experiencing, my advice to you is to post to the
newsgroup. I may or may not follow up to your post if I have an answer
for you. Please, while I know quite a bit about the way dissociation
works and even some methods of dealing with the problems it can sometimes
cause, I can NOT answer every person's questions on this topic.
--- SANCTUARY
If you are writing about SANCTUARY, the answer is, I'm afraid, "I have no
idea". The site SANCTUARY is housed on has been unreachable for several
weeks now (and intermittently before that), and I do not know when it
will be up. Questions about SANCTUARY, including "when will it be
up?" are probably best sent to Yavie (chack@artsci.wustl.edu).
This has been a recording.
