Please ***DO NOT*** post FAQs to the faq-maintainers list! It is hard
enough to keep up with the volume of e-mail in general without having
to wade through a 600-line document, which was not even stated to be
such on the subject line. If you want people to read and comment on
a FAQ, put it on a server somewhere and post a pointer to it, or else
offer to mail it to people upon request.
