ON2 NATIONAL LEADERS OF THE PART IDO COMUNISTA MEXICANO (PCM-MEXICAN COMMUNIST PARTY) MET WITH COMMUNIST LEADERS OF THE PRINCIPAL LABOR UNIONS TO DISCUSS PLANS TO DISRUPT MEXICAN GOVERNMENT PUNS FOR THE VISIT TO MEXICO OF JOHN F. KENNEDY, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. THE MEETING WAS ATTENDED BY AN UNIDENTIFIED MEMBER OF THE SOVIET EMBASSY STAFF.
