Reflexology for her

Reflexology is an ancient healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the body –especially on the feet– that correspond to the body's organs and glands. Stimulating and applying pressure to the feet may be effective in helping relieve many symptoms of female discomforts.

+ Reflexology considers that using the rhythmic pressing of acupressure points for short periods, helps to unblock or to balance the flow of vital energy –or chi– to regulate energy imbalances that can provoke illnesses. The following exercises may help to relax your body and to restore your psychophysical balance in the face of the pains caused by PMS, pregnancy and menopause.

It is recommended to consult a reflexology specialist, especially if you've had incidence of miscarriage or a risky pregnancy.
