my H1B visa is expiring on Sep 22nd and planning to apply for extention (based on 365 days from labor) on Sep 1, 2003 on premium processing. Can my wife (on H-4) leave to india before Sep 1st and return after i get the H-1 approval, send it to her and she get her new H-4 stamped.?  Also Can she stamp her H-4 without my H-1 not being stamped. Thanks
