  There is no "official" speed scale used for
  the classification. But ...

Donald Rose:
  These are some rough guides.

  EXPRESS          above 152 kph  (91 mph)     
  FAST             145 - 152 kph (87 - 91 mph)   
  FAST MEDIUM      133 - 145 kph (80 - 87 mph) 
  MEDIUM FAST      120 - 133 kph (72 - 87 mph) 
  MEDIUM           90 - 120 kph (54 - 72 mph)
  SLOW             below 90 kph (54 mph)

  not bad, but your conversion chart is a little off...
  From watching a bunch of recent tours on TV with 
  the speedometer readings shown, this is my conclusion:

  Superfast   - 145+kmh eg Shoaib, Brett Lee
  Fast        - 135+    eg Donald, Wasim,Waqar
  Fast-Medium - 130+    eg Mcgrath, Pollock
