Date: 13 Apr 1994 00:00:01 EST 'inst' doesn't bother to install a subsystem if the same or a newer version is already installed. Tell it to install anyway by saying 'set neweroverride' before you say 'go'. Removing the subsystem and reinstalling it will do more or less the same thing.
