As you may have noticed, HP does not ship a "full" set of X11 header
(.h) files.  You can obtain the missing files from one of three places:

  o HP ANSI C or HP ANSI C++ (aCC) optional products

  o HP's free HP-UX Linux Porting Kit:
    - order CD:

  o the InterWorks FTP site: <ftp://interworks.org/pub/comp.hp/X11R6/>
