Das ist kein ISDN-spezifisches Problem.

Wenn CTRL-ALT-DEL noch funktioniert und eine Anwendungsliste anzeigt,
dann den RNAAPP-Eintrag killen. Das dauert eventuell einige Sekunden.
Mit etwas Glueck kann man dann weiterarbeiten.

Weder die genaue Ursache noch gar eine Loesung ist bekannt.
Vermutlich ist Microsoft oder einer seiner Zulieferer verantwortlich.
